This Hummel figurine is "Eventide" - Number 99 that is 4 3/4 inches tall with Trademark: TMK-3 (Small Stylized Bee).  Crafted by the collective efforts of a group of sculptors, this piece is almost identical to Hummel Number 28, Wayside Devotion but without the shrine.    There are three versions of this figurine to be fuond.  This figurine is version two where the sheep are located on the right side of the piece.  This figurine was temporarily withdrawn from production in 1999.
 
This figurine is in very good condition with some crazing but no cracks or repairs and has been on display in a closed curio cabinet in a smoke, pet and child free home.  Eventide would be a great addition to a Hummel collection.
