This is a Pipka Santas Memories of Christmas Limited Edition (#1522 of 3200) - "Cold North Santa".  It was made in 2008 and is in excellent condition.  Has only been out of its box twice since it was purchased and will be shipped in its original box.  Has the Certificate of Authenticity Registration Card in the box.  The box itself has a few marks on it.  This Santa stands 10 3/4 inches tall (to top of staff) and its base is 5 1/4 inches wide and 4 3/8 inches deep.  This is a very solid piece and weighs approximately 4 pounds, 10.5 ounces.  A great addition to a Christmas collection!
