This is the Swan Lavenham Cottage by Malcolm Cooper that was hand made and hand painted in the studios of John Hine Ltd. in Hampshire, England.  This piece has great detail and is in excellent condition having been on display in a smoke, pet and child free environment.  This piece was released in 1988.  This piece stands approximately 9 1/4 inches high with a base that is 7 inches wide.  It is a very solid piece and will be shipped in its original box along with Certificate of Authenticity.
